Each sterling silver necklace is hand stamped with Vern leaves & a spider, & sawed out different every time. No 2 necklaces will have the same pattern but will all have 1 🕷 & 4 leaves. You may choose between moonstone (which I think looks like a wet, forest  dew drop) & a turquoise stone.

this necklace is on adjustable in length sterling silver chain with a herkimer Diamond that hangs down your back. They’re all designed to hang to your heart at longest.

this was inspired by watching the television show Alone & the woman Woniya on it demonstrated the most beautiful & grounded connection to the earth; nothing which I’d ever seen before on tv. The show is about surviving alone in the Arctic. It made me long for more understanding of how to be in the woods & fair well & safely, as well as take time to feel deep gratitude & notice magic, like that woman did.

i wound up getting in touch with her & gave her a necklace. You can see a photo in the last pic here! I feel that she’s doing very important work by slowing down & getting back to our ancestral roots, as well as modeling this for the public to marinate on. So beautiful.

Gem sourcing + anti-slavery statement

The diamond industry has in the past been associated with conflict and exploitation, the industry has taken a number of pro-active steps to combat this, most notably in the form of the Kimberley Process (which certifies that diamonds originate from conflict free zones). Through our procurement and polishing division we are subject to rigorous requirements which set out the detailed standards that our procurement and polishing division is required to adhere to in order to maintain its status. Among other requirements there is a focus on supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labour and ethical standards generally.
