Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes!
There is a clickable link in the banner: "Gift Card" that will allow you to select the price point that works for you. Upon purchase you will receive the code to apply at checkout. If you prefer a physical gift card we also have those. Just email us at hello@pigeonheartdesigns.com & we will create your special order for you as soon as possible.


Do you accept Venmo, Paypal, or Credit cards?
Yes!
If you decide that you would like something and you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. You do *not* need your own PayPal account to use the service.

Do you accept Personal checks?
Sure!
We are happy to accept checks and will send the jewelry out to you once the check clears.

What is your Shipping Policy?
Items are shipped out within the first 3-10 business days of receiving the order (orders placed on weekends/holidays and custom/personalized pieces may take a little longer).
Shipping within the US is $4.00 for one item, or $2.00 per item if purchasing more than two pieces. All orders that are over $100 automatically receive free shipping!
International prices are $16.00, or $2.50 per item if purchasing more than one piece.

Refunds & exchanges:
We take great pride in our work and hope that you love the things we make for you. Due to the nature of earrings going through the body, we cannot accept returns on them. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase of a necklace for any reason- simply notify us by email, send the piece back in good and unused condition within 7 days, and we will extend you an in-store credit equal to  your purchase price.
The price of return shipping will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. If the item is damaged, no refund on credit will be given.
*There are no returns of exchanges on special orders.

Do you make Custom Orders
Yes!
If there is something specific that you want (size, color, etc) just let me know. This may incur an extra fee, depending on the request and will be discussed.

What do you support with your money?
Every month 10% of profits are donated to different organizations that support human rights, the environment, or animal rights. We're all in this together. 
Some places we've donated are: Border Kindness, The Halo Project, Color of Change, Black Lives Matter, etc. 

Do you do Bridesmaid's Packages or  Bridal Jewelry? Gladly, we do. We'd love to help your special day be even more so. Let's talk.

 

Additional:
-You will find small rubber stoppers to prevent earring loss along with each pair. Extra stoppers are available upon request.
-If you lose a hammered hoop, often times I can make a replacement earring for you for 1/2 the price of the original pair *not including S&H, however most other earrings can not be made individually. We often give 15% off for a missing whole pair because we want you to have your favorite earrings back, and also because we are grateful for your purchase and support.
